Beef Back Ribs
On a Bandera, post oak, kept it around 260-275, a little over 4 hours, spritzed with AC vinegar every hour. Came out awesome.
To add: This also my second time using a stick burner. I've smoked using a Napolean kettle grill, and Pit Barrel Cooker with charcoal and wood chunks, but those don't compare to this, this just smokes and tastes better.
