AIW friends and I got kicked out of his dad's house

I and two friends drove up to my friend's dad's house nearby a river. We planned on staying there for two nights just to relax, have fun, go hiking, check out a nearby beach, etc. His dad was out in Portugal for a month though and had a dog at home so he had a dogsitter in the main house, we stayed over in a much smaller cabin with only 1 bed and a couch, these buildings were separate and not connected. We arrived around 10pm with groceries and all, and since it was late we just thought of grabbing one bottle of jack daniels from his dad's liquor cabinet in the main house, drink, eat, watch tv, sleep. We are underage though just by a year and so worst case scenario we just dont get to drink. (Additionally his dad would have no problem with us having a little drink) We have my friend shoot a text to the dogsitter asking if it would be ok for him to go into the main house to grab a bottle, she says no after asking for his age and so we just left it at that. As I was making breakfast muffin sandwiches for dinner we got told by my friend's dad over phone to leave as she apparently didn't feel safe, had anxiety, wanted to be alone, and was possibly going to leave. She had apparently woken up my friend's dad early in the morning to notify him about the entire thing and how she didn't feel safe. At this point of time it was 11:30pm and it was about a 1-2 hour drive back, the roads were also super windy and it was pitch black out, but we packed up and left anyways. Are we in the wrong here?
