Hi dog people. So my golden retriever loves to play and it is hot in Texas. It'll get hotter soon. I bought myself two tubs both about 3 gallons and I freeze water in them to make two big blocks of ice. I put one at a time in a 30 gallon tub for him to chill in when we play. We go about 10 minutes, he'll get really hot and get in his tub of cold water, get out and we'll continue playing until he gets hot again. My question is, is this bad for him? Could it be bad with the hot and cold hot and cold? I was just curious. I hope not, he really loves it.
