I recently moved, and my new place has a balcony. I've cleaned it up, but pigeons keep coming and using it as a bathroom. When I spoke to a neighbor, I found out the previous tenant used to feed the pigeons, so I think that is why they keep coming back.

I've already tried putting a fake owl up, and the pigeons aren't afraid of it. Any other good options?
