Neo by YULA has introduced two payment structures. Both are priced the same at 10,900/sft + charges.

Option 1 (20:80 with support):
– Pay 20% upfront
– No pre-EMI burden during construction
– Interest reimbursement for ~30 months

Option 2 (30:70 staggered):
– Pay 30% upfront
– Then ~1% per month

Unit sizes: 2235 to 4565 sft
