Update on my Chris Collins post from a month ago
Hi folks - A month ago I put up a post on how disappointed I was with Chris Collins quality control and customer service. TLDR on that post: A $85 travel set I bought from the brand's website came with warped atomizers that didn't properly screw on the bottle tops, and customer service was slow to reply and then effectively ghosted me after offering to replace them.
I thought that was the end of it as I never heard back from customer service after one email reply from them. To my surprise, 5 weeks after my initial email to customer service, I got a random email from the Chris Collins site that "my order had shipped", with no information on what was in the order. I was hoping that it was a replacement travel set. Instead, I was sent 3 of the 4 travel-sized bottles I had initially purchased placed in a small velvet drawstring bag, but this time with atomizers that properly fit the bottles.... and TWO additional, different boxed travel sets!!! I was completely blown away by the response/generosity!!!
Oddly enough, I still haven't heard anything via email from the Chris Collins customer service team, but this response (albeit delayed) is incredibly generous! Maybe it helps that I have purchased 3 full-sized bottles directly from the website; regardless, I'm back on board with buying Chris Collins fragrances directly from its website (which, oddly enough, runs more sales on its products than retailers do).
Since I called out the company to complain about its service, I wanted to also give recognition for its eventual, amazing response/action.
