I saw this lil guy on an NTE character rarity prediction tier list, so presumably it was made a while ago. My question is does anyone know who this guy is and where this picture came from? Is this really an upcoming character? It's not a beta Edgar because Edgar was already on the tier list. And I'm pleasantly suprised they're maybe making more male child characters. That is, if this guy exists.
