In a bit of a book slump, with a long TBR list. Please take a peek at my (partial) list of potentially amazing books and tell me why I should pull the trigger and read them, or alternatively, why I should ixnay them forever.
Feel free to post your own list, and maybe someone can help you out!
I usually skip books that are/have:
- Tearjerkers
- Lotsa angst
- A “happy for now” ending
- OWD or cheating
- Focused around drug addiction or alcohol abuse
Please let me know which of these I should read, and why it is so good:
- {Not Your Pucking Girl by Sheridan Anne}
- {Promise Me Sunshine by Cara Bastone}
- {Carnage by Sarah Bailey}
- {Sky Shielder by Lindsay Buroker}
- {Before Girl by Kate Canterbary}
- {Insidious Obsession by Kit Carrington-Russel}
- {The Flame King’s Captive by Chloe Chastaine}
- {Wait with Me by Amy Daws}
- {Crown of Light and Shadows by GK DeRosa}
- {One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig}
- {Just for the Summer by Abby Jimenez}
- {The Write Place by Allie Samberts}
- {Phantasma by Kaylie Smith}
- {Venomous Kiss by T.L. Smith}
- {Flock by Kate Stewart} I am pretty sure I heard this had some intensely sad portions. True?
- {Lies that Bleed by Leia Stone}
TIA!
