Hello Reddit!

I’m looking for a camera to take accurate pictures of my artworks.

I’ve read that a mirrorless camera would be good and research so far suggested that the Canon r50 is good on terms of price/quality.

But to be honest I’m pretty clueless in general and have no idea which lens would be best to capture Din A2 format and which lens to use.

• Budget: ~1000€

• Country: Germany

• Condition: preferably new

• Type of Camera: Mirrorless? I’m open to suggestions

• Intended use: Taking accurate pictures of my artworks

• If photography; what style: -

• If video what style: -

• What features do you absolutely need: Good image quality within a short distance

• Portability: preferably

• Cameras you're considering: Canon EOS r50 but open to recommendations

• Cameras you already have: Alpha 5100

• Notes: Looking for a good lens

All help is appreciated!
