Reason asking, I’m currently employed as a Technical Expert & have been in Genius Bar for 5+ years & I’ve been applying for IT roles locally & remote and before I really just go into any potential interviews I would want to know is there something from Coursera I should honestly take advantage of as while I’m attempting to leave.

I have above average general knowledge on Windows due to building a PC years ago to game & without working at Apple I would’ve never looked into using MacOS at all. I know that mostly I need ways to perform commands and general troubleshooting and understanding of software but I would like to challenge myself to do some work as while I’m doing my job search this month.
