Pretty much what the title says. By this year end my F1 visa will expire. So far had no luck in H1B. I'm in a job but can't think of spending for Day 1 CPT with the pay. I don't want to wait till the last moment. Need advice and strategy from anybody returned and found a job in India. Did you find a job from here in the US before leaving or found it after returning? How long it took? How did you handle CTC negotiations? Any inputs will be of great help.
