Looking for someone to take over my lease.

LEASE TURNOVER (Yugo Tempe Villas)

I am looking for someone to take over my current lease at Yugo Tempe. This is a lease transfer, meaning you will step into the existing contract with the option to renew. After renewal, you can pay a much lower amount of Rent of $430.

Why I'm transferring this lease : I am transferring to a university out of state for the upcoming semester, so I need to find someone to step into my spot. The management and the unit have been great; I just won't be in Arizona!

Should I still ask my math professor for a letter of recommendation, even though I got a C+?

I'm a freshman in a state university. My professor has known me quite a bit since this is my second semester with him. I did terrible in the start since I had some serious health issues, but I did really well in my midterm exams. However, I performed really badly in my finals and ended up getting a C+. I have a job outside of college that takes up a lot of my time, and he does know that very well. I actually asked him for a letter of recommendation before my finals and he agreed to write one for my diligence. He asked me to provide further information, but I chose to wait for my final grades. I'm not really sure if I should email him again because I know damn well that I don't really deserve it. I'm asking for a letter because I'm changing schools.

I do realise most professors would feel hesitant to give a letter of recommendation to any student who doesn't do better than a B. So, should I just move on? I'm hesitant to email him again.
