Stray Kitty Help

This pretty girl showed up at my house in her third trimester. I went to local TNR clinic (SpayNation, Lafayette, LA) and got her all her necessary shots along with a spay and abort. I have been feeding her daily, but I won’t be able to forever. I’m going to be moving out within the next few years. She only comes out at night, so I sit with her as she eats around 8 pm. (She WONT come out any earlier, I’ve tried). My problem is, should I trap her and take her to a shelter? Is that the best course of action? Is it better for me to wait until closer to my move out date? She is the sweetest thing and I don’t want to leave her without a source of food suddenly. I would try to get someone to feed her after I leave, but I live near a bunch of elderly people who probably wouldn’t be able to sit with her at night like I’ve had to. It doesn’t help that I feel like I’m abandoning her even if I do take her to a shelter. I just need some advice on how to do what’s best for her.

EDIT: Hey guys, thank you so much for the replies. My plan now is to start socializing her. While I have time I’m going to see about no kill shelter options. Best case someone I know realizes they want her. Once again, thank you guys.

TLDR; I need advice for the best course of action to care for a stray before I move out.
