I need advice on the best type of kitchen sink to get.. We're about to order kitchen cabinets and counter tops. I'm looking for an under mount single bowl 32 inch wide sink. Do I go with stainless steel, porcelain or other type or white sink?

I'm trying to decide on which type of under mount single bowl 32" kitchen I should purchase. Stainless steel or white porcelain/enamel ? We'll be using light quartz counter tops over light oak cabinets.
