I am going back to work in a few months and the search for daycare feels so rough here in the city. I’ve put my child on every possible wait list I could, but everywhere all the lists seem to be packed with minimal movement, or some of the facilities don’t even accept waitlist applications anymore.
Are there any new centres opening that people have heard of?
I’m on the Facebook pages for daycares as well. Many of the licensed places I see on there are the same folks commenting on every post which worries me a bit as to why they are not filling their spots. Have a couple unlicensed day homes in the works, but looking to see if there is more for licensed places coming.
