This is a pretty niche topic, but apparently I'm an old man at heart and I like to listen to talk radio when coming home from work but the options here aren't great it seems.
CBC is usually my go-to and is what I listened to in BC, but here they play the Toronto afternoon show so most of the stories/news are about Toronto, they provide Toronto traffic updates, etc. I've only ever heard KW mentioned a handful of times before. In BC we had our own "not Vancouver/Victoria" show that covered the rest of the province so my area still felt covered. I tried listening to the London one (Afternoon Drive) which seems a bit better, but obviously it's still London/SW Ontario focused since they know KW isn't in their listening area.
Finally, I tried listening to CityNews 570 but it's not really what I'm looking for, it feels like after 10 minutes they're already repeating news headlines. More of a 'classic' radio station.
For now I'll probably stick with the CBC London station since it's less Toronto-focused, but to the 11 other talk radio listeners out there lemme know what you listen to!
