Optimal Solar Angle?

I'm looking to buy a new 100w panel to mount to a fence with a pole. I can get a standard 100w mono facial panel and angle it directly up to get maximum efficiency when the sun is overhead. I could also get a bifacial panel and mount it vertically (facing east to west) so that the sun hits one side in the morning, and then the other in the afternoon but not as much when it is directly overhead. The bifacial panel is about $30 more. I've never used a bifacial panel. Which one would theoretically give more juice and is it worth the extra money?

I have a power station that is limited to 200w per xt60 input. I have a panel which produces ~300 watts but my power station refuses to accept it (Please do not fight me on this premise. I am simply looking for an answer to my question.) Is it as easy as hooking up some mc4 splitters and then wiring up two xt69 cables or would I need something to actually manage the split?

Ecoflow is definitely one of the more pricey and "name brand" power stations out there but of the few I've tried it's definitely the best. Honestly the app offers so many nice features to set automations, see SOC, turn on/off outlets, and the different power modes are great for my solar setup. Even my old River 1 I bought back in 2020 still has app support which seems increasingly rare as more and more companies completely drop support for anything more than a few years old. Are there other power stations that offer the same level of control from an app? I have yet to see another one with the "self powered" mode that the Delta has, nor the level of automations.
