I used to use Printful connected to a shopify store for my company swag shop. We'd give employees gift cards to buy company merch. This requires you set a price for products and collect sales tax, pay for a shopify account, etc.
I saw Printful has an option in their Quick Store setup to do the following:
>Charge me for all orders
Give free products to employees, team members or partners
Except, it doesn't seem to work. When I create products, I'm still forced to set a price. If I attempt to make the price $0, I get an error and can't proceed. When I publish items to the store, it indeed charges people money.
I want to have free items for employees and pay the cost myself. Is this actually possible?
Also, during setup there's an option to set a password for the store, which seems important if items are free. It appears that doesn't work.
