Hi everyone. This is my first card submission at any grading company, I sent in my Mega Gengar SAR from Mega Dream. I’m just worried because they haven’t marked it as received yet. Started submission on 4/28. My tracking info shows delivered and signed by TAG on 5/4. I submitted a ticket on Friday last week to request confirmation they received my card but I haven’t heard anything back. No updates on the submission page yet either. Should I be worried or is this normal?
