I just released Health.md Visualizations, an Obsidian plugin that turns Apple Health data into charts directly inside your notes.
You add a health-viz code block, and it renders visuals like heart rate, sleep, steps, activity rings, and summary cards. It works with data in your vault (JSON/CSV/frontmatter/bases), so everything stays local.
