I myself am average looking but always felt like my chances with women are thinner

So after my recent post I tried approaching a woman outside in the train station and asked her for if she has instagram and she didn't even reply she just kept looking at her phone so I have been thinking if it was a really attractive guy that did that would she have reacted the same way?
