We have toured over 160 houses. Contingent on 2 but inspections were rough. How hard is it to find a modest renovated 2+ bed 2+ bath 2 car garage house with rooms that aren't closets, taxes under 6k, for around 400k? All of these houses either have bowing or leaking foundations, in need of 10s of thousands of repairs for hvac, structural, etc, or have some other fatal flaw. Thinking of giving up hope here and going somewhere else.

I don’t have much experience swimming, or a place to train for it really. there’s a triathlon I want to do, how screwed would I be if I only trained on my bike and running?
