I just got an Oura ring (4th gen) and I simply can’t decide which finger to wear it on, and also which size to get. I got a size 7, which only fits on the ring finger of my right hand. The 8 fits on both my index and middle finger. I’m definitely going to wear it on my right hand.

I thought it was recommended to wear it on your index finger, but after doing more research, it seems like it doesn’t really matter which of the three fingers as long as the fit is right.

I’m probably way overthinking this, but I’m taking factors like swelling and the likelihood of smacking it on everything into consideration.

For those who have had one for a while, which finger do you find it most comfortable to wear your ring on?
