What is the recourse if a seller accidentally electronically signed a purchase agreement? They meant to sign a counter proposal for higher than the purchase price, but accidentally signed the original purchase agreement. They want us to terminate the original contract and resubmit a new one without the seller signature. What are the options as buyers? Does the seller have a leg to stand on if we don’t comply, or must they honor the terms of the original purchase agreement? Location is Colorado.
