DoorDash Support using AI as its "live agents"
had the munchies and ordered taco bell late. they closed but wont refund me since the vendor already prepared the food. this is the convo after the AI connected me to a "live agent"
luckily the 5th dasher that couldn't pick up my food knew how to cancel it and get me a full refund. something not even a manager or supervisor can do!
