I'm always learning this stuff and i keep seeing very different answers.
Some people say proxies are just a tool and the legal part depends on what you do.
Other people say the whole residential proxy market is sketchy because some of it comes from malware or people not really knowing they opted in.
I'm mostly trying to understand how people here think about it in practice.
Like if someone is scraping public pages, doing geo testing, or trying not to get blocked, where do you personally draw the line?
Also how do you deal with it without accidentally stepping into something shady??
