Hey all,

I'm a 13-year veteran SPED teacher. 6 years in co-teaching, the rest in self-contained. All middle school. I've been selected for a 1st round interview for a co-teaching position at a high school in a pretty affluent town. I'm ready to move back into co-teaching, especially at the high school level, and I want to do this well. Has anyone been in my situation? Can you offer me any questions you remember them asking? First round is virtual with just the AP and director of SPED, if I get a 2nd round, it's a round panel with teachers, related service providers, etc (45 minutes) and the 3rd is a 40-minute sit-down with the principal and superintendent. Sounds pretty competitive, so any advice you all can offer would be really appreciated!
