Hi, I've been on Paxil 12.5 ER for the past 10 miserable days and prior to that on Paxil 10 mg regular for 7 miserable days. I've had no change in decreasing my anxiety. And for 4-5 hours after taking either version of the Paxil, I've had to stay in bed because my energy was completely wiped out plus digestive issues. (Yes, I took with food.) Today the doctor prescribed me Lexapro 10 mg and told me to direct switch starting tomorrow morning.

Has anyone had success with a direct switch from Paxil to Lexapro? I'm hoping the low dosage and short amount of time I was on the Paxil will help the direct switch to Lexapro be easier.
