Hello all,

Sharing a bit of positivity in this group. Had C6-C7 ACDF yesterday and so far I only have positive things to say.
The back and arm pain is virtually gone, no more tingling in the hand… seems like decompression has indeed worked.
Of course a little bit of post op pain in the back and the throat but I can walk around and eat anything without issues.
I just want to put the above out there for anyone who, like me, was a bit scared about this whole surgery thing. I know it’s the beginning of the recovery journey but so far it’s been way easier than I feared.
