Hello,

Weird one. Back in 2024 I was hit for some wage garnishment against some debt. I paid it. No big deal.

However it is now 2026. My wife and I are looking into getting a house. At the lenders, they ran my info and found that the judgment remains unresolved for this exact debt. (Paperwork and info shows the same amounts, dates, etc.) Where do I even start? Who do I contact first?
