Hey all. Need a little help here, been trying to diagnose this problem for about a month now and im thinking (after reading many others posts) that I may need to replace the gear extruder assembly?
It looks to me like the ams isn’t having an issue pulling the filament but I feel like when it gets to the hot end the gear assembly isn’t pulling it through.
I have, in the past, physically assisted it to get to through this part by force feeding it when it gets stuck, but it always ends in me printing spaghetti.
I have taken apart the hot and, ams, and tubes to make sure there isn’t any filament stuck anywhere and it’s all been free and clear.
Just want to get some advice from fellow p1s owners before I order a part I may not need.
