1. Prepare your materials, i make this work for 6 legs but you can make all your legs individually if you would like

2. Start your thread, i’m using a jig i bent to about 45 degrees(also tie in your weight, i did a XL bead chain on mono but it’s dealers choice)

3. Tie in your legs, the colors show how i used each strand

4. Tie in a clump of deer hair, use a fairly dense stack or you run the risk of not filling out the profile

5. Pinch the stack when tightening down on it to keep it on top as much as possible

6. Repeat deer hair with a second clump, if using the weight method i am then tie your mono forward here, then tie off and head cement if you want

7. Trim the hair and legs then use uv resin to set the legs, weight, and hair in place

8. Place eyes eith uv resin, do any other alterations and do a photoshoot.

This isn’t the prettiest one i’ve tied but it should still work. If you’re cheap like me you can also reuse the eye stalks to make more. I hope everyone’s enjoyed my demo ✌️
