Everything is crab, performance.

Has anyone had any joy with different proton versions to stop it dropping to 45fps from 60?

Should I just lock it to 45 and be done with it?

I checked protondb and searched here but no joy.

Help IDing? Please

I found these in a river and derusted them.

I think they are combination pliers made of iron maybe steel. Other than that no clue any other information would be appreciated. The plan is to continue to restore and add wooden handles :)
