I never get tired of these things

My back yard has a HUGE old thriving blackberry being. It isn't quite a vine, or a bush, just a being of some sort. I almost can't eat them as fast as they ripen. During the summer I come out to graze on them daily, and still end up with a few freezer bags full come winter.

So the job is just starting to heat up, going from a handful to like 50 members. I feel like the foremen are trying to put their foot down and wave their dicks around, because today our foreman said "Y'all are gonna have to start showing up on time after lunch or I'll have to start writing y'all up." What we have been told is we have 5 minutes walk time from the jobsite to our vehicles/break trailer, so walk 11:55, break from 12:00-12:30; we brought that up, and foreman said "Technically you're supposed to be back at 12:31". So we're trying to figure out how walking time exists if we are able to walk 5 early, but walk back 5 early... that is still exactly 30 minutes, and we would have to start walking while still off the clock. That means walk time doesn't exist.

I'm either just accepting the write-up, or maybe handing over my Weingarten card.

Edit: we have no steward.
