My company recently decided to switch to 8 hour shifts and it’s really been bothering me. Pretty sure it’s so no overtime is paid. My days are shifting completely, and it just really sucks having to go through an adjustment like this especially on such short notice. Has anyone gone through a change like this?

I went to a concert today and was so out of it that when the artist I was there to see started playing I thought it was another opener 😭 I didn’t even realize it was about 9:30 pm already. I was kinda disappointed I didn’t know most songs. I thought they’d be playing older songs but overall I’m glad I was there to see it
