Hi, I am a 26 year old who has recently joined this tragic club. I developed tinnitus in my left ear 2.5 weeks ago and it has been there 24/7 without a moment silence. I have had hearing tests done and I have no hearing loss and I do not have wax in the left ear yet I have tinnitus in this ear only, does anyone know why I have it in only one ear and does it mean the other one will get it soon?

I got it after going to a birthday party and I just feel so miserable and wonder out of all those who end to that party why do I end up with tinnitus.
