Okay, so I just want a space for community and to be able to engage in my hobbies anonamously, since I have severe anxiety but still want to engage with my hobbies. I'm also autistic (fully diagnosed, 28 bits of paper! Don't pull the whole "no ur not" game! I'm not here for that) so struggle more than most with vague language and reasonings. I also really struggle to accept plain bs when I experience it. Basically, see something, say something, fix it.
My old account got perma banned because I corrected someone who was spreading misinformation, and I backed up every point with evidence to back it up. I did the work. I got perma banned for harassment. Where? How? Why? I wasn't harassing anyone! I was just correcting misinformation! I appealed it but realised that would never work because... well, reddit...
Then I made a fresh account, followed my usual communities and was just browsing. I posted nothing. I didn't comment at all. Nothing. Nada. I just wanted to be able to see my usual favourite topics and browse for a few days before posting anything. Nope. That account got perma banned, too. Idk why! I literally did nothing on there! I just want to be able to be a part of my usual communities and engage with my hobbies. I don't deserve to be excommunicated for correcting misinformation. This literally feels like a bloody witch hunt. It's not fair.
Yes, I'm now using a VPN and fresh account. I'm blocking the community that banned me so I never have to interact with those vile people again. I just want to be able to be a part of my usual communities. I did nothing wrong in them, it was an outside sub that randomly popped up on my homepage that got my old account banned 😭
