I have a cheap Chinese brand battery charger for AA or AAA and maybe a few more sizes. It is a four bay unit. it has three settings to choose from, 0.5A, 1.0A and 2.0A.
If all I want to do is a simply "top off" charge on some rechargables, what determines which setting I choose?
