how many hours for each “pillars of ECs” to be competitive
just a freshie planning out my premed years. right now i am in a research lab (at least 10 hr per week) and im getting my clinical hour through a patient service program (at least 5 hr per week). by the end of senior year i would have 1000ish research hours and 800ish clinical. i also need some volunteering and other stuff too, but im not sure what the standard is and how much i should aim for for all of my ECs?
