I've been seeing conflicting advice about cardio.Some even saying. you shouldn't combine cardio and liftng on tge same day.

I always do at least a 5 to 15 min warm up on the bike, prior to lifting and floor exercises.. Leisurely pace, level 7, not strenuous. Does that even count as cardio?

Then 30+ min of the same after. Then 10 laps ,25 yd, swimming, also not strenuous. The swimming stretches my back out from lifting and feels really good. Obviously, I'm not going to swim before lifting. My question is, am I hurting my muscle growth with the biking, swimming. What exactly is meant by cardio? And why would it be harmful?
