I'm really new to this since I'm tired of wasting my money on AI subscriptions. I wanted to try out running AI on my own pc. I saw this post on X but idk if this is the best model and I also don't know if my pc can handle this.

PC Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
16GB RAM
RTX 3060TI 8GB VRAM

Are these specs good enough for running it?

I also read that running an AI model in my pc can put a load on my GPU/CPU. Does it only do that when the AI is running or even when it's idle? I have so many questions about this since I'm really new to all of this. Is there like any beginners guide to this?
