so me(19) and my little brother(15) share an old laptop, I wanted to start a yt channel, he made one before the 16+ ban but now whenever I click the sign in option it just takes me to this and DOESNT give me an option to make or sign into a different one

I really want to know how to fix this bug its so UGLY and annoying looking. How would somthing like this would even happen?
