I wanted a machine that is capable of pressure profiling, but I didn’t want the complicated workflow of what’s currently in the market (flair 58), and a machine that can also steam milk for guests that want a latte. The Fellow Series 1 ticks most of the boxes. The at $1499 full retail, it’s not cheap. Right now Fellow is selling a bundle that includes the Series 1 with coffee beans, an ELECTRIC Atmos and two espresso cups.

Is this a good deal or should I just wait?
