I am so happy today!
Bought the bike in the 2nd picture in 2012 at a police auction for 600dkk that's like 100$. An old steel Centurion frame that weighs like 50kg's and a set of Shimano 105 from the 50's 😄 But it has served me very well for many years and will always be my first "real" bike🥰
My new bike is a Felt ar2 with EC90 Easton wheels and full Sram, Red front derailleur, Force crankset and rear derailleur, Rival shifters and ofcourse RIMbrakes😏
Its still a budget bike but i think i found a pretty good deal, it came with a tt/tri handlebar setup, so i invested in a new handlebar, shifters and some bartape. Bike was 4500dkk and new handlebar etc. 2200dkk. 6700dkk total which is about 1000$
Im hoping to get a bit of my investment back selling the tt hoodsetup it came with. Its a Zipp with sram shifters in spotless condition so hopefully someone would like it:)
New bike is awesome to ride!!! it feels like im going 20kmh faster with the same output and i have been wanting something better for so long and finally the day came:) Huge upgrade. Wooohoooo!
