Currently my CPU is Ryzen 7 5700X and my GPU is RTX 4060. I'm experiencing massive lag spikes, during which I noticed my GPU usage falls down to whooping 8% (while CPU stays at more or less 50%). I'm hoping upgrading my GPU will fix whatever is wrong with my PC and so I'm asking - would RTX 4070 SUPER be good? Coverting to dollars it would cost about 495$.
