I need to make a payment on fees which I am late on. When I make a payment, does it deduct from the earliest fee moving forward chronologically? I am trying to only pay the fees that are late right now. I am just confused how to make sure this hold goes away. So like if I pay $402 right now will it take off the fees which are passed due and remove the hold from my account?
