My husband and I are on the hunt for a local insurance broker or agency that could help us in finding the best coverage and price for home, auto, life, and disability insurance. We are currently with SGI Canada for our home and auto insurance, who we got connected to through NFP. We have not found NFP to be very easy to get a hold of in the past and are wanting to speak to someone about options for adding disability and life insurance (either through SGI or a different company altogether). We both have some disability and life coverage through our work, but looking to explore options for topping up to ensure we’re covered if something happens to either one of us. If it makes a difference, we will be moving within the region next month so would’ve been looking to adjust our home insurance anyway!
I did a search for this information on the subreddit but didn’t seem to find what I was looking for. Any help/recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
