My mom passed away suddenly in July. We have a sofa we been trying to use as a sitting area and sleeping area. Well we got it at Wayfair. BIG MISTAKE the sofa was defective when we got it

Wayfair won't do anything about it. This thing is breaking down bad and the drama are all coming out. I need to buy a new sofa somewhere but I need 650 to get it. Can anyone help me get the funds?
