Exactly one month ago, I was charged for this service, which I know nothing about and never used. I had to create an account to contact someone via email and send the requested information, but their complete inability to respond or offer a solution has been appalling. About two weeks ago, they told me they would refund the charges for the service I never requested, and to this day, I haven't received any response or a refund.

I don't know if anyone behind this app sees this, but I need to get in touch with someone; this has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
