Apex Electric bills no longer show solar credits
I have had Solar panels for several years. The towns new software produces bills that do not show any solar credit for production that exceeds usage. The user portal doesn't show this either. Just last week, my meter was changed to not allow sending power to the grid. I get an E8000 error which means I have no permission to operate and the kWH counter doesn't show anymore.
I have called the town and they say my meter is running fine and that they are counting the power I generate. They can't seem to fix the error so I have no way to see this info. The town says that the bills will be changed (someday) to reflect credits. Someone was supposed to call me about this but hasn't returned my calls.
Anyone having this problem (Error 8000) with their meter?
Anyone know anything about the bills or portal being updated to show credits?
The credits can no longer be used to pay for the meter fee or other town services. So what happens if you generate more than you use long term?
